Job Description & Summary: A career within…. 

Responsibilities: 

Required Skills  

- At least 3-4 years experience working in endpoint management with focus on Windows and iOS endpoints.  
- At least 2-3 years experience on Microsoft Intune (MEM) or similar modern endpoint management platforms.  
- At least 3 years experience in IT Service Management, managing complex services in a multinational enterprise environment  
- Have 2 years experience working with PowerShell  
- Have 2 year experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environment or similar  
- Have 2 year experience with working in Microsoft Entra Directory (Azure Active Directory)  

Mandatory skill sets: 

experience managing a Microsoft 365 Platform  

Preferred skill sets: 

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively   
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to provide well-documented records   

- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)  
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)  
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)  
- PowerShell training  
- ITILv4 Foundation
