" Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer with strong full-stack expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a proven track record of developing and implementing high-quality AEM solutions. This role requires a balanced skillset across both backend Java development within AEM and front-end development using modern web technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AEM-based websites and applications that deliver engaging and personalized user experiences. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows. Develop and integrate AEM solutions with various backend systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, DAM). Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop robust and scalable AEM solutions. Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Implement AEM best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and related technologies. Mandatory skill sets: Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Stay up to date with the latest AEM features and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AEM development processes. Preferred skill sets: Strong Java development skills, including experience with OSGi, Sling, and JCR. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Experience with AEM component development, template design, and workflow creation. Experience integrating AEM with other systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies. Familiarity with AEM testing frameworks and tools. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Bonus Points: Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines. AEM certifications. Years of experience required: 4-9 Years Education qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MBA.
