• Customer Interaction, engage with customers and understand the requirements to provide timely quotations, update CRM tool for quote analysis on timely basis and participate in customer meetings and ensure active listening and effective communication within the team.
• Product and Project Estimation, Utilize In depth product and service knowledge in estimating customer project quality cost and delivery for mechanical, electrical and service projects
• Project Concept management, Visualize, organize, structure thought and ideas to create a clear understanding to represent customer requirements
• Project Costing, Check the project budget as per the types of expenses such as cost of direct materials, direct labour costs and manufacture overhead costs to ensure alignment with customer requirement.
• Commercial Negotiation, Communicate and negotiate with suppliers for direct and indirect materials for customer projects.
• Documentation, Ensure proper registration of enquiry within CRM to effectively track customer enquiry, prepare cost sheet, quotations, PM QA plan and conduct of QG's as per Protocol.
• Collaboration with Cross Functional Team

B.E.(Mech)

5-6 years of experience in proposal engineering and 2-3 years of experience in special purpose machine design.

The purpose of this role is to work on proposal engineering cost estimation and to prepare quotations for machines and services.
