Job Description & Summary: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with the product , design and engineering teams for driving projects. Identify and mitigate risks.

· Track internal and external deadlines.

· Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with cross-functional teams.

· Manage communications to provide project clarity to team members and management.

· Facilitate and drive meetings – Planning, Project tracking, Retrospectives, Weekly sync-ups etc.

· Create Release reports and other such reports

· Identify problem areas, partner in defining/modifying processes and new process implementation.

· Process implementations.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality parameters

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution · Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track key performance indicators

· Handle project scope changes, risk management, and mitigation planning effectively

· Communicate regularly with geographically spread teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency

· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience in program management.

· 8+ years of overall technology experience, knowledge of software development methodologies, and significant program management experience

· Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Strong verbal and writing skills.

· Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse and cross-functional teams, ability to drive consensus.

· Experience with JIRA and confluence.

· Should be flexible to work with global stakeholders across time zones

Mandatory skill sets:

4+ Years in PgM 8+ Years in Technology , S/W development

Preferred skill sets:

· Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse and cross-functional teams, ability to drive consensus.

Years of experience required:

8 to 10 Years

Education qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Management degree is a plus.
