As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

• Job Description & Summary: A career within Enterprise Architecture services, will provide you with the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through defining their technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions that help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Advisory & Platform Leadership
· Define enterprise ServiceNow roadmap aligned to business strategy and digital transformation goals.
· Provide architectural leadership across multi-module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM).
· Advise clients on platform rationalization, consolidation, governance, and optimization strategies.
· Lead architecture workshops, solution envisioning sessions, and executive design reviews.
2. Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design
· Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow architectures aligned to CSDM and enterprise standards.
· Own end-to-end solution design including integrations, data architecture, security model, and environment strategy.
· Establish architectural guardrails, development standards, DevOps governance, and upgrade strategy.
· Lead complex integrations with ERP, HR, IAM, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
3. AI & Intelligent Automation Enablement
· Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities including:
o Now Assist (Generative AI)
o Predictive Intelligence
o AI Search
o Virtual Agent & Conversational AI
o AIOps (Event correlation & anomaly detection)
· Identify high-value AI/automation use cases to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
· Ensure responsible AI governance, data privacy, and performance monitoring.
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance
· Establish platform governance frameworks including instance strategy, role-based access, and security controls.
· Lead upgrade planning, technical debt management, and lifecycle optimization.
· Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
5. Delivery Oversight & Stakeholder Management
· Translate business requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
· Provide technical oversight across Agile delivery teams.
· Present architectural decisions, risks, and trade-offs to executive stakeholders.
· Mentor consultants and developers; contribute to ServiceNow Center of Excellence initiatives.
Mandatory skill sets:
· 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with significant exposure in enterprise-scale implementations. Experience in SPM is an advantage.
· Proven experience in architectural leadership within consulting or transformation programs.
· Deep expertise across core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including:
o ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, AIOps)
o ITAM (HAM/SAM)
o HRSD / SPM
· Strong knowledge of:
o CSDM & CMDB governance
o Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom application development
o REST/SOAP integrations & MID Server
o Platform security, performance tuning, and scalability design
· Experience implementing AI-driven solutions within ServiceNow.
· Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working in Agile and multi-vendor environments.
Preferred skill sets:
· CSA, CAD, and relevant CIS certifications
· ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
· Micro-certifications in AI, CSDM, or Integration

7 to 10 years
Education qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
