As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Job Description & Summary 

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. 

*Responsibilities:  

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.). 

• Perform regular system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. 

• Manage SAP system migrations and upgrades. 

• Implement and maintain SAP security measures. 

• Work closely with functional teams to support SAP modules and enhancements. 

• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises. 

• Manage SAP transport management system and ensure proper change control procedures. 

• Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT professionals. 

• Prepare and maintain documentation for SAP Basis processes and configurations. 

*Mandatory skill sets  

• Proven experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or similar role. 

• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and architecture. 

• Experience with SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and Fiori is preferred. 

• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

*Preferred skill sets  

• SAP certification in Basis or HANA administration is a plus. 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or SAP Cloud Platform. 

• Familiarity with project management methodologies. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
