You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities · Act as SME and owner of the change and delivery process for Personalisation Services Delivery & Digital Sales Experience Tribe. · Approve and manage deployment activities into production via representation to the Tribe Change Forum. · Establish governance, transition, and approval processes to enable smooth release progression. · Develop and implement Agile Release Train practices to enable cadenced delivery. · Coordinate and execute release activities across squads, tribes, and technology areas. · Manage post-production verification activities and coordinate recovery efforts during production issues. · Communicate release delivery plans and progress to stakeholders. · Encourage common understanding of release planning and design skills across the tribe. · Jointly design release plans with Product Owners, Tribe Performance Leads, and Tech Area Architects. · Track and resolve impediments during and post-release. · Conduct fit-gap analysis and feasibility assessments across platforms/tribes. · Provide input into value assessment and feasibility of initiatives. · Influence squad engineering practices to improve delivery efficiency.

Mandatory skill

sets:

· Strong experience working in Agile environments at scale. · DevOps understanding (CI/CD pipeline) with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, ServiceNow. · Ability to write simple automation scripts (Bash, Ruby, Python, etc.). · Experience developing dashboards to quantify process efficiency. · Demonstrated competency in applying governance, transition, and approval processes. · Exceptional stakeholder management skills. · Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to build stakeholder buy-in. · Understanding of release processes across squads/tribes. · Knowledge of cross-platform/cross-tribe integration testing. · Ability to coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple technology areas.

· Strong knowledge of Tribe/Squad needs and delivery via technology domains. · Ability to inform prioritisation decisions while maintaining customer trust. · Experience in improving delivery processes by influencing squad engineering practices. · Ability to track and measure value delivered through change initiatives.

· Experience: 10+ years in Release Management / Project Management / Agile Delivery. · Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days. · Location: Bangalore. · Hybrid: 3 days/week work from client office.
