Responsibilities
· Project Governance: Define, monitor, and maintain project plans, scope, and schedules using established methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate).
· Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to the Project Manager as needed.
· Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, high-visibility status updates to stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership.
· Resource & Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
· Coordination: Act as a liaison between SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
· Documentation: Maintain all project artifacts, templates, and, lessons-learned documentation.
· Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 5+ years in IT project management, specifically in SAP implementations or upgrades.
· SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules, functionalities, and S/4HANA.
· Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, SAP Solution Manager, or other project management tools. · Certification: PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification is preferred.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and, interpersonal skills.
