Job description & Summary

The Senior Associate will be involved in end-to-end software development lifecycle from ideation till implementation to own the product and the responsible for all the below mentioned points.

Responsibilities :

Resource for functional team of tax-technology practice

· Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional requirement document

· Discuss functional requirements with development team

· Prepare test checklist & test cases for functional testing

· Undertake functional testing and submit test reports

· Prepare user manuals

· Conduct application demos

· Undertake user trainings

· Support users in timely issues resolution

· Regularly monitor the changes (regulatory or otherwise) and analyze its impact on application

*Mandatory skill sets:

· Competency in MS office with excellent skills in excel

· Good documentation skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Team player

· Good time-management skills
