Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Azure DevOps Specialist to join our team as a Manager. This is a full-time, position requiring a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Azure DevOps and experience in managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of DevOps-related activities, ensuring optimal performance and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for DevOps projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and optimize DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in all DevOps activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Sector Expertise

While sector-specific expertise is not mandatory, experience in industries leveraging cloud and DevOps solutions will be considered an added advantage.
