You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects across infrastructure, application development, or cloud environments

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines

Stakeholder & Team Management:

Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors

Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments

Risk & Budget Oversight:

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Track budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

Agile & Waterfall Methodologies:

Apply appropriate project management frameworks based on project type

Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (if Agile)

Mandatory skill sets:

· Proven experience managing IT projects in SAP environments

· Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Confluence

· PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
