We’re looking for a hands-on videographer who thinks like a creative director and operates like a system builder. This role goes beyond shooting—you’ll own the entire studio pipeline, from concept to final delivery, while ensuring a premium client experience.
What You’ll Own
Creative Direction & Shoots
Lead all in-house video production (podcasts, talking heads, UGC, outdoors shoots & product shoots)
Translate briefs into shot lists, moodboards, and visual direction
Direct clients and talent on set to deliver natural, high-performing content
Maintain a consistent visual style across all outputs
Studio Management
Own the day-to-day running of the studio (setup, lighting, equipment, readiness)
Build and enforce SOPs for smooth shoot execution
Ensure the studio is always organized, efficient, and production-ready
Post-Production Oversight
Brief editors with clear direction and references
Review and refine edits (hooks, pacing, storytelling, CTA)
Ensure all content is optimized for platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Workflow & Asset Management
Create and maintain structured folder systems, naming conventions, and backups
Manage footage libraries for easy access and repurposing
Track deliverables and ensure timelines are met without errors
Client Experience
Lead studio sessions professionally and confidently
Guide clients on scripts, delivery, and on-camera presence
Deliver a seamless, premium in-studio experience
Performance-Driven Content
Understand what makes content convert (hooks, retention, engagement)
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creative performance
Proactively suggest new formats, trends, and ideas
Requirements:
2–5+ years in videography/content production (agency or brand experience preferred)
Strong understanding of paid social creatives & UGC-style content
Proven ability to direct non-professional talent
Solid technical skills (camera, lighting, audio, studio setups)
Strong eye for detail in both visuals and workflows
Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution
Basic Editing
Basic editing skills for quick turnarounds
Ability to shoot across multiple formats quickly (Reels, TikTok, YouTube)
