We are expanding our footprint across North America and look forward to starting many new projects in the next few months. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive part-time In-House Recruiter & Administrator to support our hiring process and HR operations, helping manage candidate communications, recruitment tasks, and administrative responsibilities on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Recruitment Requests
Manage job postings and collaborate with leadership on job requisitions
Monitor incoming candidate applications, inquires, and referral submissions
Prioritize recruiting tasks based on role urgency and hiring needs
Identify areas of improvement in recruiting process
Coordinate Scheduling and Communications
Ensure all candidates receive updates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruiting calendars and schedule interviews with staff
Provide weekly reports to leadership on status of recruitment
Maintain ongoing updates to the recruitment tracker
Administrative Support
Create, update, and deactivate user accounts in Catalyst’s staffing system
Assign and manage user roles, permissions and access rights
Support leadership team with additional documentation and administrative tasks
Required Skills/Abilities
3+ years working in an administrative support role
3+ years working in recruitment, preferably for IT teams
A proactive mindset and hands-on approach
Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
