Our esteemed client in the data centre infrastructure is looking for a Recruiter.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
