Rebecca Kitson Law (RKL) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and follow-through–driven professional to join our team as an In-House Bilingual Legal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured legal environment, enjoys supporting attorneys and case managers, and takes pride in keeping cases and internal systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Legal & Case Support
Support attorneys and case managers with case preparation and administrative legal tasks
Assist with collecting, organizing, and reviewing client documentation
Help ensure cases are prepared accurately and move forward on time
Maintain organized and complete client files, both digital and physical
Communication & Follow-Through
Communicate with clients to request information or documentation as needed
Provide basic case updates and support consistent follow-through
Track tasks, deadlines, and next steps using internal systems
Internal Operations & Organization
Support internal systems, task boards, and workflow processes
Assist with file organization, scanning, and document management
Contribute to maintaining an organized, professional office environment
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines consistently
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Comfortable working with multiple systems, procedures, and tracking tools
Reliable, professional, and able to follow through without constant supervision
Preferred Attributes
Experience in an immigration law or legal office setting
Naturally organized, methodical, and detail-focused
Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable supporting others and working as part of a team
Familiarity with legal or administrative software systems
