Job Description & Summary – Director level 

Responsibilities:

PwC India is seeking applications to lead functional strategy and execution of product initiatives for their inhouse platform. (Role : Manager) 

Must have / Primary Skills / Mandatory: 

• 8-12 years of experience working in a Software Product Management role with product companies / OEMs / SIs 

• 2-3 years of experience in processes / products in Transaction Monitoring / Reconciliation / Anomaly Detection preferred 

• Experience in managing various aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights / needs, market research, competitive analysis, benchmarking, other GTM activities 

• Expertise in formulating and driving pre-sales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction 

• Experience of driving client conversations / presentations on product functionalities 

• Developing product marketing / collateral material (experience of driving thought leadership initiatives including writing content for thought papers is preferred) 

• Experience in designing and implementation of platform solutions 

• Creating detailed requirements, refined epics & user stories and prioritising the product backlog 

• Owning end-to-end delivery of new features and improvements to existing features and guiding engineering teams 

• Immediate joiners preferred 

Good to have / Secondary Skills / Desired: 

• Experience with AI / ML models 

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills 

Familiar with agile product development processes 

Educational Qualifications: B.E + MBA Location: Mumbai (preferred)
