Job Overview: 

We are on the hunt for a Generative AI Developer to lead the forefront of our AI-driven initiatives. This pivotal role involves crafting, developing, and deploying advanced generative AI models that can generate text, images, code, and more to solve intricate business challenges. We seek a strong technical leader with a profound understanding of Generative AI technologies (LLMs) and the expertise to harness these capabilities to integrate Gen AI into our product platform. 

Responsibilities: 

Generative AI Solution Engineering: Design and implement generative AI models, focusing on applications like text generation, synthetic media creation, and automated content generation to address complex business needs.

Advanced Technical Mastery: Apply state-of-the-art AI, machine learning technologies, and frameworks (e.g., GPT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Llama, Anthropic Claude, Moaic MPT etc.) to build and deploy generative models.

Data Management and Synthesis: Expertly clean, preprocess, and synthesize data for training generative models, ensuring the creation of high-quality, diverse datasets.

Model Training and Refinement: Construct and fine-tune generative models, employing techniques to evaluate and enhance their creativity, accuracy, and relevance.

Seamless Integration: Embed generative AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and user engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for generative AI applications and drive project success.

Continuous Enhancement: Actively seek ways to optimize model performance and efficiency, keeping scalability in mind.

Comprehensive Documentation: Keep meticulous records of models, codes, and methodologies for future reference and collaborative learning.

Trend Awareness: Remain abreast of the latest developments and ethical considerations in generative AI, ensuring the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.

Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying generative AI models, with a portfolio showcasing practical applications.

Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with generative AI libraries and frameworks.

Deep knowledge of data preparation techniques specific to generative AI and experience in model training, tuning, and evaluation.

Understanding of integration challenges and solutions for generative AI within business applications.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude.

Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives.

Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
