• Site Inspections: Conducting daily walkthroughs to identify immediate hazards with unsafe

act/conditions.

• Trainings: Briefing /conducting various safety meetings/trainings with workers to discuss specific

risks related to their task and activity.

• PPE Monitoring and distributions: Ensuring all personnel (including contractors) are correctly

using Personal Protective Equipment’s. Distribution of Safety Shoes and other PPEs to employee

as per the “Rexroth Centralized PPEs Distribution” concept.

• Safety Inductions: Conducting training sessions for new employees to explain site-specific safety

rules and emergency procedures.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining daily safety logs, Near Miss and accident reports,

issuing of permit-to-work (PTW) and close monitoring.

• ISO 14001 & 45001: Maintain and update the IMS (Integrated Management System)

documentations.

• Emergency Support: Assisting in fire drills, first-aid response, and the maintenance of emergency

equipment like fire extinguishers.

• Risk Assessment Support: Helping senior officers conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) , Accident

root cause analysis and identify potential risks before new projects begin.

• Commercial support : Connecting with different vendors and purchase team and raising purchase

requisition for PPEs requirement and other HSE related product/services. Also, internal follow-up

for delivery and payment vendor.

• Distribution of PPEs :

• Legal Compliance : To support Team HSE for 100% legal compliance. Be Updated with recent

legal amendment.

Essential Educational Qualification: Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS)

Preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science

No. of years of Experience required: 0-2 years

Preferred Knowledge / Experience:

Observation: Ability to spot danger signs and nonconformities.

• Communication: Explaining technical safety rules in simple terms to diverse workgroups.

• Problem-Solving: Reacting quickly and calmly during unplanned situations or emergencies.

• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
