Responsibilities:

System Support: Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP Concur Travel & Expense modules. Configuration: Execute configuration changes and assist in system setup for new entities. Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding activities for new users and departments. Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on expense entry, travel requests, and compliance. Documentation: Maintain records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system utilization and efficiency

• Mandatory skill sets:

Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP Concur modules, basic SQL, and ERP workflows. Global Exposure: Ability to support multiple corporate entities across regions

Preferred skill sets:

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to train end-users. ·
