Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled D365 F&O Performance Testing Engineer to plan, design, and execute performance testing strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications. The role focuses on ensuring system scalability, stability, and optimal performance across business-critical processes.

Responsibilities:

· Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for D365 F&O applications

· Analyze business scenarios and translate them into realistic performance test workloads

· Identify performance bottlenecks at application, database, and infrastructure levels

· Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and architects to resolve performance issues

· Monitor system performance using Azure, SQL, and D365 monitoring tools

· Conduct baseline and benchmark testing for upgrades, patches, and new releases

· Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and recommendations

· Support go-live and post-production performance validation

· Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices for D365 F&O performance

Required Skills & Experience

· 4+ years of experience in performance testing, with at least 2+ years on D365 F&O

· Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, batch jobs, integrations, and data entities

· Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as:

o JMeter

o LoadRunner (or similar tools)

· Strong SQL skills for performance analysis, query tuning, and data validation

· Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and Azure Monitor

· Knowledge of end-to-end business processes (Finance, SCM, Retail, Manufacturing is a plus)
