· Incident & Problem Management: Restoring service rapidly during outages and analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence.
· Change Management: Managing IT infrastructure or software changes to minimize risk and service disruption

· Service Request Fulfillment: Handling user requests for hardware, software, or access.
· Process Improvement: Developing, implementing, and monitoring ITSM processes to enhance operational efficiency.
· Tool Administration: Managing and configuring ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
· Service Level Management: Defining, measuring, and reporting on service performance metrics (SLAs).
