As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

· Own the QA process: test planning, scenario design, case preparation, and execution.

· Ensure quality across HR Applications such as Workday (Core HR / Payroll) Testing or Dayforce (WFM / HR / Payroll) Testing

· Business Processes & Integrations Testing

· Collaborate with teams to uphold Agile methodologies and testing standards.

· Conduct business analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

· 3–10 years of experience in QA, HR Applications (Workday / Dayforce), and business analysis.

· Strong understanding of the defect lifecycle and QA best practices.

· Proficiency in Agile practices with excellent analytical skills.

· Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks within the HR tech ecosystem.

Mandatory skill sets:

· HCM Pro certification (Integration Pro / Functional Pro) · 4+ years of experience with Workday HCM configuration, including Staffing, ESS, Security, Reporting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and User Experience.

· · Strong understanding of cross-product functionality in Workday (e.g., Organizations, Language Translation, Job Catalog, Delegation, Branding, Cross-tenant configuration). · · Proven ability to contribute to solutioning discussions and support decisions related to system functionality and improvements. · · Knowledge of current Workday features, capabilities, and market trends. · · Experience working in an iterative or agile software development environment, with a preference for familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile).

Preferred skill sets:

Experience with other HR technology solutions and an understanding of HR business processes.

4+ years .

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
