Responsibilities : · Managing accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and performing detailed ledger reviews. · Strong knowledge of month-end closing activities, including preparation of MIS, Balance Sheet (BS), Profit & Loss (PL), reconciliation reports, and variance analysis. · Expertise in performing reconciliations such as prepaid, unbilled, unaccrued expenses, provisions, accruals, and processing PO and Non-PO based invoices · Handling end-to-end bookkeeping, vendor reconciliation, payments, fixed asset accounting (including schedules & depreciation),Forex, intercompany reconciliation, staff reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. · Responsible for finalization of accounts, drafting financial statements with schedules as per GAAP, and preparing detailed audit schedules and reconciliations. · Performed Quality checks and reviews of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. · Comprehensive knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B and 26AS reconciliation. · Preparing and analyzing AP & AR aging reports to support working capital and risk management.
