Responsibilities:

 Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure enterprise blockchain based software functionality meets business requirements.  Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.  Ability to develop and follow Test Driven Development approach.  Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs, regressions, and areas for improvement.  Debug software products through testing and log analysis, pinpointing specific issues for the development team.  Implement and manage test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.  Report, prioritize, and track defects and ensure timely resolution by working closely with the development team.  Validate fixes and improvement patches, performing thorough regression testing.  Ensure the quality of software releases and provide insights to enhance product performance.  Continuously improve testing processes, introducing new tools and practices.  Monitor and uphold quality standards across all phases of the software development life cycle.  Provide detailed test reports and feedback on product quality to stakeholders.

Mandatory skill sets:

 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.  Experience with testing tools like Apache JMeter, Selenium, SonarQube or similar.  Knowledge of testing Blockchain based applications using tools such as Hyperledger Caliper or others.  Proficiency in scripting or programming languages used in testing (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).  Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools like Jenkins.  Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.  Good to have experience Blockchain based smart contract audit.  Knowledge of defect tracking and test case management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.  Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.  Experience with web and mobile application testing.
