Position Purpose:

To execute and administer all importation activities i.e. shipments documentations, timely input of accurate data, provide support for the step by step of the transportation process from Regional and ensure compliance to all trade regulations & the products have been delivered properly and on time as business need.

Description of Duties:

• Manage end to end import process
• Coordinate with shippers and forwarders to arrange shipments
• Negotiate logistics costs with forwarders
• Prepare, check, and validate shipping documents
• BL, AWB, PIB
• PO, invoice, packing list
• COA, COO

• Check and validate HS codes, BPOM notifications, and Lartas requirements
• Arrange pre shipping inspections with KSO
• Follow up on inspection fee payments and send proof of payment
• Prepare and submit SKI to BPOM
• Follow up on and handle issues related to SPPB and delivery to warehouse
• Update import monitoring status files for internal use

Requirements:
Education, Experience, Skill & Knowledge:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from commercial & business Studies /Administration / Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3-4 years of working experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Trading Operational / Supply Chain management is preferable
• Have the knowledge of import documentations, creating PIB documents, banking functions, and import regulations & legal requirements
• Knowledge of international trade/ import requirements for shipments globally preferred
• Good analytical skill, detail oriented, and computer literate
• Thrive for success, able to work under-pressure, and positive toward change and challenge
• Fluent in English both oral and written
