Job Description

Blue Blush is a fast-growing wholesale fashion company in women’s apparel. We are currently seeking a full-time Import Production Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Processing POs, coordinating fit reviews, and fit comments to overseas vendors

Track production schedules and follow up on delivery status to ensure deadlines are met

Negotiating prices for development and production

Liaise with sales and shipping team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production (import experience preferred)

Familiarity with major retail/customer POs such as Lulus, Windsor, and Fashion Nova

Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field or equivalent work experience required

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Proficient in computer systems, including ERP systems
