As our Freight Data Validator, you'll use our groundbreaking tech to handle more customers, meet greater challenges, and stretch your capabilities - all with a fraction of the effort.

Job Description

Document Preparation: Accurately prepare and file import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading and shipping instructions.

Data Entry: Enter shipment details into logistics management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Shipment Tracking: Monitor and update the status of shipments based on documentation and system entries.

Basic Customs Documentation: Assist in preparing and submitting basic customs documents for compliance.

Document Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of shipping documents to carriers, customs, and clients.

Qualifications

Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally

Familiar with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.)

Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks

Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems

Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya

Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program

Licensed customs broker

Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)

Client management experience is a plus
