About the Job
Implementation Project Manager
MinuteBox is a cloud based platform used by law firms, large companies, and accounting firms for entity management, corporate governance, minute book storage and workflow automation. Its innovative suite of products are used by some of Canada’s largest legal departments and global professional services organizations.
The team has created a powerful, accessible and secure legal technology platform and the company is growing quickly as it continues to expand across North America.
As the Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of customer implementations and data migrations from kickoff through completion. You will coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and within agreed scope.
This role is not a people leadership position. Instead, you will operate as the central owner of project delivery — organizing workstreams, aligning resources, managing timelines, and proactively removing blockers across Customer Success, Revenue, Product, Engineering, and the Import team.
You bring strong project management discipline, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring accountability without direct authority.
In this role, you will manage customer facing and internal workstreams related to implementations and imports, maintaining implementation health, project transparency, and predictable outcomes. You will help build scalable implementation practices, improve operational processes, and establish repeatable migration workflows.
As a member of the Customer Success organization, you will report to the VP, Customer Success and work closely with Onboarding, Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a consistent and efficient implementation experience.
PREREQUISITES
5+ years of project management experience in software implementations, technical onboarding, or data migration projects
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
High attention to detail with strong documentation discipline
Experience coordinating cross functional stakeholders and customer facing delivery
Experience using project management tools and creating reporting dashboards
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience working with structured data formats (SQL, CSV, JSON) or ETL processes preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast growing and evolving environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end to end delivery of implementation and data migration projects from kickoff through completion
Create and manage project plans, timelines, scope documentation, and implementation trackers
Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Serve as the primary project contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
Monitor implementation health and proactively identify risks, blockers, and scope concerns
Drive resolution of issues by coordinating the appropriate internal teams
Provide clear status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Maintain implementation momentum across multiple simultaneous projects
Ensure customer readiness for each implementation phase including data preparation, validation, training, and go live
Support scope definition and effort estimation in collaboration with Customer Success
Track and report on key project metrics including timelines, backlog, accuracy, and completion rates
Establish and improve repeatable implementation workflows and documentation standards
Facilitate regular project syncs and cross team coordination meetings
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and predictability
About the Role
Permanent salaried employee
Hybrid work environment (Toronto)
Salary commensurate with experience
