Job Description
About AURA
AURA is a global emergency response platform that connects people in need with the closest vetted private security or medical response — instantly, anywhere, from any connected device.
Our platform powers emergency response capabilities for telecom operators, device manufacturers, insurers, and security companies across the world.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to protect people and property at scale, saving lives and creating safer communities globally.
As our enterprise partnerships expand, the successful deployment of these integrations becomes critical to unlocking revenue, adoption, and real-world impact.
The Opportunity
AURA is entering a phase of rapid global growth through large enterprise partnerships.
These partnerships are transformational but they are also complex. Launching them successfully requires coordination across:
enterprise client leadership teams
engineering and technical integration teams
product and platform stakeholders
commercial and operational leaders
Today, this critical phase sits between Sales closing the deal and Customer Success scaling the relationship.
We are hiring an Implementation Project Manager to own this bridge.
Your role will be to ensure our most important partnerships move quickly, smoothly, and successfully from contract to launch.
This is a highly visible role where your ability to align people, own delivery, and create win-win outcomes across organisations will directly impact:
revenue growth
client satisfaction
product adoption
global expansion
What You’ll Do
Own Enterprise Implementations
You will lead the successful onboarding and launch of AURA’s largest and most strategic partners, working alongside Business Development in the contracting stage, and alongside Customer Success in the onboarding stage.
This includes:
telecom operators
device manufacturers
security companies
global enterprise platforms
You will take ownership of the full implementation journey:
Contract → Integration/solution build → Launch
Your focus is ensuring projects move forward with quality, speed, and alignment.
Align and Lead Stakeholders
Enterprise delivery is fundamentally about people and alignment. You will work with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations and disciplines and be the trusted operational leader who brings clarity and momentum to complex environments.
Your responsibilities include:
identifying and aligning key decision-makers
facilitating planning workshops and working sessions
craft the ideal solution to clients using AURA’s products to achieve desired outcomes
bring together commercial, product, and engineering teams
resolving cross-team challenges constructively
ensuring decisions happen quickly and clearly
Identify gaps and areas for AURA’s products to improve customer outcomes
Drive Momentum and Accountability
Complex projects stall when ownership is unclear. Your role is to maintain progress and accountability across all stakeholders. You ensure that projects move forward, not sideways.
You will:
build clear implementation plans and milestones
maintain structured project tracking and reporting
proactively identify blockers and resolve them
keep stakeholders focused on delivery timelines
Coordinate Technical Integrations
Work closely with Product, Tech and Customer Success teams to coordinate integrations and launches, ensuring the right work happens at the right time and that teams remain aligned:
API integrations
Embedded platform deployments
White-label implementations
Onboarding and operational configuration
Accelerate Time-to-Value
AURA’s growth depends on how quickly enterprise clients can go live and begin generating value. You will play a key role in improving this by:
removing onboarding friction
improving implementation processes
encouraging strong client ownership
maintaining delivery momentum
Create Win-Win Outcomes
The best enterprise partnerships succeed when both sides are aligned and invested. You will help structure engagements that create mutual accountability and shared success, including:
aligned incentives around successful go-live
clear implementation milestones
defined client project ownership
structured decision-making processes
What You’ll Bring
Enterprise Project Leadership
5–8+ years of experience in Project Management
Experience managing complex enterprise B2B projects
Strong understanding of technical integrations or SaaS platforms
Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups across organisations
Exceptional people skills to build trust and drive shared outcomes
Ability to lead through influence at all levels, rather than formal authority
Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups is highly valuable
How Success Is Measured
Success in this role will be measured by:
speed from contract to go-live (Time-to-Value)
successful delivery of enterprise implementations
client satisfaction and partnership strength
launch success and setup for growth
Why Join AURA
Work on a mission that literally saves lives
Help launch partnerships with global enterprises
High ownership and real influence on company growth
Work alongside an ambitious team building a category-defining platform
Opportunity to shape how AURA scales enterprise partnerships globally
If you are excited about leading complex initiatives, building strong partnerships, and turning ambitious deals into real-world impact, we would love to hear from you.
