The Opportunity:
Euna Payments is seeking an Implementation Manager, independently motivated and ready to make our high-functioning Implementation Team even better.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be our new customers’ primary contact, overseeing the onboarding process from end-to-end. This is a multi-faceted set of responsibilities including requirements gathering, configuration of our SaaS products to meet those requirements, carrying out basic project management activities, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to adoption.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, customer success, and technical support, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The Implementation Manager is accountable for all tasks associated with these new engagements and is responsible for coordinating with our clients, our client’s vendors and multiple internal teams.
On time and on budget execution of all phases of your project implementation from kickoff through transition to Support and Customer Success
Ensure the technical team assigned to your implementation has all of the information they need to do their job
Maintain all new client implementations or expansions in a Cloud Coach project schedule
Communicate internal deliverables and client deliverables to the appropriate parties
Communicate project status weekly to leadership and internal departments
Suggest process and documentation improvements to the Director of Professional Services that may be uncovered during the project implementation
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience managing multiple large, complex and cross-functional software implementation projects, preferably in a government or utilities environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years managing software projects /banking/finance/point of sale or Cashiering experience.
Must have software experience.
Strong Excel and data skills
Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
Comfortable working in client-facing roles
Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, and be able to take the lead in a workshop environment.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly GovTech, is a plus.
Familiarity with Autotask, Asana, or similar software for project tracking and time management is a plus.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta, GA office.
