Our technology removes friction from the move-in process, lowers upfront costs for renters, and helps property managers make faster, more accurate decisions. We support a network of 3 million rental units nationwide and work with 47 of the NMHC Top 100 property owners, including Greystar, Brookfield, Asset Living, UDR, and more.

We pioneered security deposit insurance and continue to push the industry forward with a growing suite of products — from deposit management to lease guarantees and loss-of-employment protection. We’re growing quickly, tackling real problems at scale, and building technology that’s changing how renting works.

About the role:

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to own the technical and operational execution of new partner onboardings and existing partner expansions. You will be the hands-on lead responsible for taking a newly closed deal from kickoff to go-live — configuring integrations, coordinating partner-side stakeholders, and ensuring every property is ready to sell on day one.

This is a highly cross-functional, execution-oriented, and partner-facing role. You will work closely with Account Managers and the Revenue Operations team to design and execute every step between deal-close and go-live — from technical integration to operational alignment to training readiness.

In this role, you will:

Partner with Sales on late-stage deals — leading technical discovery, scoping implementation complexity, and building Statements of Work that set accurate expectations before close.

Own end-to-end technical setup for new partner onboardings, including PMS integrations, property configuration, and coordination with internal teams.

Drive operational readiness across the partner’s leasing flow, systems configuration, and move-out and claims processes.

Monitor adoption post-launch, triage issues quickly, and support the AM with performance data through the early-life period.

Run multiple implementations simultaneously, maintain clear project tracking, and escalate risks before they become delays.

We’re ideally seeking:

3–5 years of experience in B2B implementation, onboarding, or technical project management — ideally at a SaaS, proptech, or fintech company.

Familiarity with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) or similar enterprise integrations is a strong plus.

Strong project management fundamentals: you can run multiple simultaneous workstreams, hold partners to deadlines, and know when to escalate.

Clear, direct communicator — able to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders and manage up, down, and laterally across partner organizations.

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes; you’re someone who improves the playbook, not just follows it.

Experience working with external stakeholders at multiple seniority levels (IT administrators, operations directors, VPs).

Comfort with AI and automation as core infrastructure. You've actually used AI tools in your work or built something yourself.

Nice to Have:

Background in multifamily real estate, proptech, or insurance.

Experience with deposit alternative products (security deposit insurance, surety bonds, or similar).

Familiarity with ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow) and multifamily marketing workflows.

Prior experience building or improving implementation playbooks or SOPs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000

Rhino + Jetty has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other teammates.
