JOIN OUR TEAM:
Join EQS Group in Barcelona and help customers turn complex compliance and governance requirements into structured, successful software rollouts. As an Implementation Manager, you will guide clients from kickoff to go-live, combining project coordination, product understanding, and clear communication to create trust early in the customer journey and lay the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. You will be part of our Professional Services environment, working closely with colleagues across teams to deliver smooth onboarding experiences and continuously improve how we implement our solutions.

YOUR IMPACT:
In this role, you will help our customers get value from EQS solutions quickly and confidently. You will manage implementations with a strong customer focus, coordinate stakeholders across the project lifecycle, and contribute ideas that make our onboarding processes even more scalable and effective. • Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handover. 
• Guide customers through project milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth and transparent onboarding experience. 
• Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processes. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively. 
• Manage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented way. 
• Support go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.


THIS IS YOU:
• You identify with EQS values and bring a responsible, respectful, and trustworthy way of working. 
• You have completed a university degree, vocational training, or gained comparable professional experience in a customer-facing environment. 
• You bring first professional experience in B2B SaaS, software implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role. 
• You enjoy managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders, and you know how to keep tasks structured and moving forward. 
• You have a solid IT affinity and feel comfortable learning new software products, workflows, and system-related topics quickly. 
• You are confident using MS Office and working in a structured way with documentation, timelines, and customer communication. 
• You have C1-level proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken). French or German speaking skills are a strong plus. 
• You show initiative, ownership, and a solution-oriented mindset, while staying customer-focused and collaborative. 
• You are comfortable using AI-supported tools responsibly to improve efficiency, structure information, or prepare customer-facing work while applying sound judgment and data confidentiality standards. 

Ideally, you also bring • Experience in compliance, governance, regulatory, or other complex B2B software environments. 
• Experience delivering customer trainings, workshops, or onboarding sessions in a SaaS context.
