JANA will be holding an in person Hiring Event on June 10, 2025, from 9 am - 4 pm ET at a location in York Region, Ontario. This will be a unique, fun, interactive day where we'll explore your creativity, problem solving skills, technical knowledge, passions and drive! It will be a combination of group activities and 1-on-1 conversations that gives us a chance to get to know you, and you a chance to experience a bit of the JANA Way. Please only apply if you're able to attend for the entire time. Note that you will be sent a questionnaire with pre-screening questions and selected candidates will be invited to the hiring event.
JANA is focused on improving the integrity of gas pipeline systems through the application of advanced risk modeling technologies. Our models and software are defensible and highly predictive, allowing gas pipeline operators to take actions to reduce risk in their systems. And our Integrity Data suite enables pipeline operators to finally capture their pipeline asset data and unlock the value associated with this data.

JANA’s Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in managing, empowering, and supporting the teams that are responsible to implement JANA’s technical solutions. A single-threaded leader, JANA’s Implementation Managers are accountable for the technical performance, installation of technical solutions and JANA products, and the development of their people. The Implementation Manager reinforces JANA’s culture and leads for efficiency and creativity.
Implementation Managers require the necessary knowledge & skills to support and manage members of their team. They are responsible for recruitment & hiring, performance management, training, leadership & development, succession planning, forecasting, budgeting, compensation, and recognition for those in their team. Managers ensure their people mold (not conform, but rather adopt) the JANA Way (Culture) and not vice versa. They own both the performance and the development of their people.
Responsibilities
With a specific focus on product implementations, hires, monitors, and develops all resources
Oversees individual performance goals and ensures appropriate assessments of delivery versus the stated goals, general performance, alignment with the JANA Values and Way, and development
Conducts monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews for direct reports, including fostering an environment of constructive feedback
Manages and grows a strong team by fostering day-to-day working relationships with their to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes
Creates and maintains a culture of exceptional client care, team synergy, learning, and growth
Leads by example and inspires the JANA team in a positive, high-performance way, demonstrating a passion for our Culture, our People, and our Mission
Oversees the development and deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure high-quality risk results output and troubleshooting efforts
Establishes objectives and key results with the team members, and actively manages any areas of non-performance
Proactively identifies and resolves resource project with the Project Managers
Communicates and provides progress and status weekly reports
Provides technical problem-solving and guidance to the direct reports
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, clients, and other relevant parties.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on team status, risks, and issues.

Required Skills & Experience
Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably in Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience working in a software implementation, client-focused environment
2+ Managerial experience in leading technical teams
A risk integrity management background is an asset.
Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
Able to travel in the US as required
