We are Alfafam, a US-based Management Consulting Company offering services locally and worldwide.

Our primary objective is to facilitate the growth of businesses within the United States by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding processes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integrator & Automations Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing PM & CRM software systems to meet the needs of our clients organization. You will work closely with clients teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of PM/CRM software systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop and implement PM/CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

Train employees on how to use the PM/CRM system effectively.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the PM/CRM system.

Stay up-to-date with PM/CRM trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience implementing PM/CRM software systems.

Strong knowledge of PM/CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Teamwork

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Operations mindset

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

PM/CRM certifications is a plus.

Knowledge in automations tools is plus( Zapier, Make.com)

The Details:

This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.

Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)

The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
