As MADCAP continues to grow across Europe, we’re looking for an Implementation & Dairy Consultant to support customer onboarding, adoption, and long‑term success across EMEA.

What this role is really about

This role is about making MADCAP work in real dairy environments.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand how their dairy operations function and help configure, embed, and optimise MADCAP so it delivers practical, day‑to‑day value. You will act as a trusted partner, supporting customers from initial onboarding through to steady‑state use and ongoing optimisation.

Success is defined by successful adoption, strong customer relationships, and sustained operational outcomes.

What you’ll do

Implementation & Operational Enablement

Support customer onboarding and implementation by translating dairy operational needs into effective MADCAP use

Work directly with customer teams to configure and embed MADCAP into day‑to‑day operations

Support integrations and system enhancements in partnership with technical teams

Assist customers through change and adoption, including training and operational support

Customer & Account Management

Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned EMEA customers

Build trusted relationships with operational, technical, and leadership stakeholders

Support customers post‑implementation to optimise their use of MADCAP

Proactively identify operational risks, issues, and improvement opportunities

Dairy Expertise & Continuous Improvement

Apply practical knowledge of dairy collection, processing, and supply chains

Help customers improve efficiency, visibility, and decision‑making using MADCAP

Contribute to ongoing improvement of customer experience, documentation, and ways of working

What you bring

Experience working with dairy operations, dairy supply chains, or agri‑food production environments

Exposure to enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or operational systems, ideally in customer‑facing roles

Strong relationship‑building skills and customer focus — you earn trust through credibility and delivery

Clear communication skills and the ability to work across technical and operational teams

Comfort working autonomously across multiple customers and regions

Technical curiosity and a practical problem‑solving mindset

Background in logistics, supply chain planning, or operational optimisation

Fluency in English; French or additional European languages are highly regarded
