Due to our continued growth and success at Vision33, we currently have an opening for a SuccessFactors Consultant.

 
Reporting to the HCM Director, you will be responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors modules.

What You’ll Do:

Working with client Human Capital teams to lead technical aspects of project implementations including requirements workshops, system configuration, data migration, and testing, as well as ensuring knowledge transfer to Clients and enabling them to independently operate their solutions after go-live.

Providing level one support to live customers, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinating with the HRIS vendor and customer when required.

Working with the Success Assurance team to ensure clients utilise all aspects of services available to them and providing suggestions when applicable.

Working with the pre-sales and broader sales and marketing team to help develop the propositions and operation of these functions.

Providing input to training and development for client teams.

Building an understanding of HCM Solutions across our internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors client implementation.

Knowledge or direct experience with SAP Success Factors Talent and/or Employee Central modules.

Post-secondary education in Human Resources with a HR Practitioner designation would be an asset.

Strong customer service focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders. 

Ability to inspire trust, foster teamwork, and drive results.  

Excellent communication, presentation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  

Experience working within a consulting environment and providing peer coaching and mentorship.

Ability to work well independently, as well as a collaborative member of a team.

Consultant certification(s) for SAP SuccessFactors HCM is essential, ideally Professional level.
