About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Spanish/English preferred) to join our Glendale, AZ team in the Sales Department: Intake & Strategy.
This is not a sales role. Instead, you will serve as the attorney supervisor of our intake team, ensuring that every potential client is properly qualified before they hire us. You will conduct strategy sessions with prospective clients, issue-spot their legal needs, and guide the intake team on eligibility and case alignment.
This position is the entry point for every new associate attorney at our firm because it builds the foundation of immigration law practice: learning how to identify issues, evaluate cases, and communicate clearly with clients. Unlike traditional associate roles, you will not carry a personal caseload, which makes this an excellent opportunity for a new attorney beginning their career or one who prefers strategic client work over daily filings.
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct business immigration consultations alongside senior attorneys, giving you valuable exposure to advanced casework and growth opportunities.
Be the first attorney to help potential clients remove fear and move toward life-changing solutions.
No caseload pressure - Focus on strategy, client evaluation, and skill development.
Foundation for growth - This role builds the issue-spotting and consultation skills that every successful immigration attorney needs.
Collaborative environment - Work directly with intake staff, senior attorneys, and firm leadership.
Exposure to business immigration - Opportunities to join consultations and expand your legal expertise.
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Consultation
Conduct high-volume strategy consultations with prospective immigration clients
Assess eligibility across family-based and humanitarian pathways (e.g., VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, waivers, removal defense)

Sales & Revenue Enablement
Partner closely with intake and sales teams to convert consultations into retained clients
