Job Description – Network Engineer

• Develops documentation of existing network environment. Manages mobile devices (smart phones and tablets) by maintaining inventory, coordinates issuing devices to new staff, troubleshooting issues encountered by users.
• Coordinates facility re-cabling to support agency transformation and server room relocation
• PBX and VOIP telecommunications system by troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors to correct problems as they occur.
• Installs and configures VOIP phones and voicemail for staff as needed.

Network Engineer 2: 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

In-person interview is acceptable for this position.
