Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and concept-driven classroom sessions for IIT JEE aspirants, ensuring clarity in fundamental and advanced Physics topics.
• Develop structured lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and test series aligned with the IIT JEE syllabus.
• Break down complex Physics problems into intuitive and easy-to-understand steps to enhance student comprehension.
• Conduct regular assessments, analyze student performance, and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
• Mentor and guide students individually, addressing their academic challenges and helping them build problem-solving strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest IIT JEE exam patterns, question trends, and changes in the syllabus.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum design and teaching methodologies.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes to reinforce key concepts.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and scientific curiosity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong academic background in Physics (B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. / Ph.D. preferred).
• 3 to 15 years of teaching experience, specifically for IIT JEE (Main & Advanced) or similar competitive exams.
• Deep understanding of core Physics areas including Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability with a focus on analytical and application-based learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in creating high-quality study material and question banks for competitive exams.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, online platforms, and hybrid teaching models is an added advantage.
• Strong student engagement skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
