Job Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Permanent / Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring on IIS Admin in Charlotte, NC on Permanent / Full Time employment with the following experience and Skills.
Required Skills:
• Strong strategic thinker and the proven ability to execute (ability to think strategically and lead matrix team and partners to implement and deliver)
• Proven results in delivery against commitments
• Significant experience with application/website/content development (3+ years minimum)
• Experience with IIS, Apache, other MW tools, and Platform configurations within the products.
• Working knowledge/expertise with Oracle/MSSql
• Proven ability to manage and direct virtual teams
• Excellent ability to communicate/present to all levels of the organization, including executive management
• Strong relationship management skills
• Willing and able to work after hours and weekends when required to support multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience administering/configuring IIS/Apache in an enterprise level environment
• Experience with MSSql, Oracle
• Experience with Team Site and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or other content management tools
