We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IGCSE English Teacher to become a part of our innovative school community. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a passion for language and literature while enhancing their reading, writing, and critical thinking abilities.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging English lessons that adhere to the Cambridge (IGCSE) curriculum

Instruct students in language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) along with literature components

Promote critical thinking, interpretation, and creative expression among learners

Create student-centered and inquiry-based learning activities

Evaluate and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments

Offer constructive feedback to facilitate student development

Incorporate technology and digital tools into instructional methods

Prepare students effectively for IGCSE examinations and assessments

Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum design and school projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related discipline

B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification

At least 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably with the IGCSE/Cambridge curriculum

Preferred Skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Familiarity with the IGCSE syllabus and assessment methods

Proven experience in effectively teaching literature and language

Capability to nurture a love for reading and writing in students

Experience with digital tools and AI-assisted teaching is a plus
