We’re looking for an IFRS and Audit Manager to join Euronet EFT Segment who is responsible for ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and supporting high-quality financial reporting across the organisation. The role provides technical accounting guidance, supports audit processes, and contributes to strategic financial decision-making. The position works closely with the accounting team, auditors, and corporate stakeholders to maintain strong financial governance and reporting standards.

Your Areas Of Expertise:
• Financial Reporting and Compliance
• Prepare local statutory financial statements for an FCA-regulated UK entity and its branches in accordance with FRS 101.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare IFRS accounting memoranda covering complex and non-routine accounting mattersAudit Coordination
• Coordinate and manage the delivery of both group and local external audits with external auditors, ensuring timely completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for auditors and provide supporting documentation and explanations as required.
• Internal Control and Audit Findings
• Identify, assess, and support the implementation of improvements related to control deficiencies identified during internal and external audits.
• Technical Accounting Support
• Provide technical accounting guidance to the wider finance organisation on complex accounting issues and IFRS interpretation.
• Regulatory Reporting
• Prepare and support the submission of financial data required for FCA reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Maintain close cooperation with business and corporate stakeholders to establish professional and proactive working relationships.
• Work closely with the Regional Head of Accounting and the accounting team on ad-hoc projects aimed at improving accounting data quality and processes.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing
• Provide training and guidance to finance teams on IFRS requirements, best practices, and updates to accounting standards.
• Special Projects
• Support or lead financial reporting aspects of special projects, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other strategic initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• ACCA qualification or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Minimum 6 years of audit experience at Audit Supervisor or Audit Manager level, ideally within a Big Four firm
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting
• Finance process transformation experience
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills
