About the role

Join our Customer Identity and Access Management team to design and deliver secure authentication solutions using Ping (ForgeRock) technologies. You’ll collaborate across technology and security teams, automate deployments, and support continuous delivery in a cloud-first environment.

What You'll Do

Design and implement authentication journeys and identity gateway routes using Ping (ForgeRock) technologies.
Develop custom authentication nodes and endpoints using JavaScript and Groovy to enhance user experience.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory to enable rapid, reliable deployments.
Automate infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and manage containerized environments in Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Collaborate with security architects and product teams to align IAM strategies with organisational goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve authentication flow issues, ensuring performance and security standards are met.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience with Ping (ForgeRock) Access Management, Identity Gateway, and Identity Management.
Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and identity federation concepts.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and development in Java, Groovy, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and automation frameworks like Ansible or Puppet.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
