We are now hiring an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solutions Executive who will sit within our Cyber Advisory team and support the continued growth of our Identity Business Unit. This role will focus on developing knowledge across the identity product stack, supporting sales teams and customers with pre‑ and post‑sales activity, managing elements of the identity portfolio, and helping drive revenue through accurate forecasting, renewals, and ongoing customer engagement.

You will work closely with the Identity Business Manager, Phoenix Account Managers and internal teams to support identity‑related opportunities, vendor relationships, customer scoping and sales enablement activity. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in Identity technologies who wants to build specialist knowledge and play a key role in an expanding area of the business.

What will you be doing?

• Proactively develop and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all relevant Identity and Access Management products.
• Work through a structured identity security training plan to grow capability and confidence.
• Provide first‑line pre‑ and post‑sales support to Phoenix Sales teams and customers, including sales qualification and scoping calls.
• Maintain and update the Identity Teams Channel with relevant documentation and information.
• Own and develop assigned areas of the Identity portfolio, supporting ongoing product growth.
• Provide Phoenix sales teams with quarterly Identity renewals and support upsell opportunities.
• Work with Account Managers to identify and manage upsell processes, ensuring Phoenix retains and grows customer relationships.
• Liaise with the Deal Registration Coordinator to keep the deal registration pipeline accurate and up to date.
• Support the Identity Business Manager with creating and delivering the Identity Sales Engagement Plan.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting as required.
• Help nurture existing vendor and customer relationships and support the creation of new ones where needed.
• Attend relevant identity‑related webinars, calls, and events to stay current with market and vendor updates.
• Adhere to key KPIs and performance expectations across the Alliances Team.
• Handle any other reasonable requests to support the success of the Identity Business Unit.

What are we looking for?

• Interest in Identity technology and willingness to develop deep specialist knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence communicating with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to prioritise work, operate under pressure and take initiative to meet deadlines.
• Effective time management with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to completing tasks and driving them to a successful conclusion.
• Flexible approach to the working day with a strong team ethic.
• Passion for sales and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Previous experience working within the identity stack is preferred but not essential.

Two days p/w in the office is the minimum expectation for this role.

How many interviews?
Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.
