We are seeking a specialist to manage and deliver secure access services aligned with our global service catalogue. The role involves administering identity and access controls across enterprise systems, executing access requests, supporting IAM projects, and ensuring robust security and compliance within an international financial environment.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Manage Access Management services in alignment with the organisation’s service catalogue
Execute customer requests and implement orders in accordance with established policies and procedures
Plan, design, administer, monitor, and maintain authorisation objects (including groups and user accounts) within Microsoft Active Directory and other enterprise applications across an international environment
Contribute strategically to the development and optimisation of access management frameworks, including authorisation models and operational processes
Participate actively in various cross-functional projects related to identity and access management
Generate provisioning reports, conduct process evaluations, and produce comprehensive documentation for Access Management (AM) activities
Investigate, assess, and resolve incidents promptly; initiate containment measures and coordinate escalations when necessary
Provide expert advisory support to end users on operational matters, including guidance during exceptional or critical situations
YOUR PROFILE
A recognised degree in Information Technology or a minimum of five years’ hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator managing Microsoft Active Directory environments (MCSA certification or equivalent is highly desirable)
Solid understanding of IT security principles and regulatory standards relevant to the financial services sector
Strong organisational abilities with proven experience in managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects efficiently
Demonstrated capacity for independent work, combined with high levels of reliability, resilience, initiative, and a proactive commitment to continuous learning and performance excellence
Customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, essential for global collaboration
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions represents a significant advantage
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and system administration tasks is beneficial but not mandatory
Prior exposure to or knowledge of the financial industry environment is beneficial but not mandatory
