We are seeking an IAM Lead to define and lead the Identity & Access Management strategy, ensuring secure, compliant, and well-governed access across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities::
•
Develop and enforce IAM strategy, including SSO, MFA, PAM/PIM, and access governance
•
Oversee Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID), including hybrid identity, provisioning, and group policy management
•
Manage user lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver) and access control models
•
Collaborate with the AVON Cyber team on IAM/PAM strategy and implementation
•
Define and enforce conditional access and identity security policies
•
Conduct regular access reviews, ensuring policy compliance and remediation actions
•
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
•
Support audit processes, providing evidence and handling findings
•
Integrate IAM systems with SIEM for monitoring, telemetry, and anomaly detection
•
Lead IAM-related incident response and troubleshooting
•
Drive automation and continuous improvement of IAM processes
•
Ensure secure decommissioning of identity-related systems
•
Support business continuity and disaster recovery for IAM platforms
•
Maintain IAM documentation (policies, procedures, architecture)
•
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams
•
Participate in governance, reporting, and service reviews
•
Promote a security-first mindset across identity and access management
•
Mentor L2 analysts and junior team members
Requirements::
•
Strong expertise in IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM/PIM, break-glass access)
•
Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID), including hybrid sync and conditional access
•
Experience in identity governance and access review processes
•
Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks
•
Experience with SIEM integration and identity monitoring
•
Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and provisioning tools
•
Experience with disaster recovery for identity platforms
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
•
Experience mentoring and guiding support teams
