About the role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to run a full-funnel paid acquisition across Southeast Asia. This role covers performance marketing, programmatic, attribution, and optimization across all key channels and markets. You will plan, execute, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns across multiple funnel stages — driving efficient acquisition and conversion for a portfolio of healthcare services.

This is a role for someone who wants full ownership of digital revenue growth across five markets.

This role is based in Indonesia

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Data Guided Full-Funnel Paid Media Management

Plan and execute paid campaigns across upper, mid, and lower funnel.

Manage channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, DV360, programmatic partners.

Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency, acquisition quality, and revenue impact.

Lead and introduce solid MMM best practice to DA for better media planning.

2. Performance Optimization & Yield Management

Track and improve CAC, ROAS, CPI, LTV:CAC ratios.

Allocate budgets dynamically based on real-time performance.

Build and maintain a measurement framework for efficiency and conversion.

3. Attribution & Measurement

Own attribution tools: GA4, Appsflyer/Singular, and in-house dashboards.

Build visibility across the entire funnel (prospecting → acquisition → conversion).

Use cross-channel insights to improve targeting and creative strategy.

Standardize, automate and evolve paid media reporting. 

Run test/learn and document best practices/principles. 

4. Creative Strategy Collaboration

Partner with Creative Studio to build high-performing ads.

Use insights to guide video, banner, and copy development.

Maintain a library of top-performing creative concepts across markets.

Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world

5. Regional Enablement & Governance

Support regional markets by sharing guidelines, playbooks, and monthly performance feedback.

Standardize measurement and performance governance across TH, PH, MY, ID, SG

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing measurement trends, capabilities, and evolve our marketing measurement efforts to stay relevant and accurate

About you

5–8 years in digital marketing, paid media, or programmatic

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360

Strong understanding of attribution models and measurement

Data literacy and ability to analyze performance deeply

Regional experience preferred (multiple SEA markets)

A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.

Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
