ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: $33.77 – $49.06/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.50 Nights | +$1.50 Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 (Nights)

Overview
Join a high-acuity ICU team delivering advanced critical care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This 16-bed unit operates with strong staffing ratios (1:1–1:2), allowing nurses to practice at the top of their license while providing intensive monitoring and life-saving interventions. This role offers strong clinical autonomy, career growth, and access to advanced cardiovascular and trauma services.
Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring of critical conditions
• Utilize clinical judgment to manage and prioritize complex patient care needs
• Interpret and respond to vital sign changes and life-threatening situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with ICU protocols
• Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and recovery expectations
• Advocate for patient safety, quality outcomes, and evidence-based practice
Required:
• Active RN license (or compact license with state transfer requirement)
• Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience in an acute care setting
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in high-acuity or trauma ICU settings
