Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts, rotating weekends)

Compensation: $33 – $46/hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (based on eligibility)

Overview

We are hiring an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity intensive care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical care in a collaborative environment while advancing your nursing career with strong pay, generous incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and test results.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.

Required:

• Active Florida RN license or Compact license (must obtain FL RN within 60 days if compact).

• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU RN experience (MICU, SICU, or CSU accepted).

• BLS (within 30 days of hire).

• ACLS (within 6 months of hire).

• NIH Stroke Scale certification (within 6 months of hire).

Preferred:

• 2+ years of ICU experience in an acute care setting.

• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
