Pay: $33.00 – $46.00/hr (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

Overview

A high-acuity medical center in Hudson is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join its critical care team. This full-time night-shift position offers exposure to MICU, SICU, and Cardiovascular Surgical Unit patient populations. Ideal candidates are passionate about critical care and thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients

• Administer medications according to physician orders

• Educate patients and families about treatments and medications

• Maintain and update patient records, including diagnostic results and care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Active Florida RN license (or compact with commitment to obtain FL license within 60 days)

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred

• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in a hospital setting

• BLS (AHA) required upon hire

• ACLS (AHA) required within 6 months

• NIHSS required within 6 months

• Preferred: Critical care experience in MICU, SICU, or Cardiovascular Surgical Unit
